In his career, he has developed groundbreaking new organizations, programs, and deal structures; organized and led technology transfer programs; advised policy makers, universities, and companies; and launched early-stage investment funds. In particular, Mark is an expert dealmaker who has structured, negotiated, and executed hundreds of intellectual property license agreements.
